Worship Committee
The Worship Committee works directly with the minister to plan the annual schedule for Sunday Services. The Worship Committee is responsible for recruiting and training worship associates, who conduct those parts of the service that the minister or the speaker does not.
On weeks when the minister is not conducting services, the committee arranges for lay speakers who address issues of culture, diversity, spirituality, community, and the environment. The committee is also responsible for emergency changes to the service, i.e. if the minister or a guest speaker cannot, make it to the service at the last minute.
For more information about the Worship Committee, see the Job Description.
