The Membership Committee schedules the greeters and ushers, who welcome all attendees for Sunday Services.  Committee members follow up with interested newcomers through a personal contact and reach out to members and friends whose attendance has lapsed. 

Committee members plan and support the activities of the Path to Membership, that culminate in a ceremony welcoming new members, which is held at least once a year.  

With the assistance of the UUCSC Office Administrator, they update the member roster and maintain the interactive Members Directory.
