The last day of Religious Education classes is Sunday, June 10, but the nursery will be available during the June 17 and June 24 Sunday services. During the summer, parents may use the nursery space if a child needs a break during a service. Please leave the space as you found it. Religious education classes and nursery care will resume on Sunday, September 9.
Friday, June 29 is the last day the office will be open during its regular hours, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During the summer, the office administrator, Karen St. Peter, will be in the office only on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. She will check telephone messages and mail only on Wednesdays. During the week of July 1, Karen will be in the office on Thursday, as Wednesday is a holiday. Karen will not be in the office on Wednesday, August 1. She will return on Wednesday, August 8. Regular office hours (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday) will resume on Tuesday, August 28.
Please continue to send calendar requests to Karen St. Peter at firstname.lastname@example.org and remember to write “UUCSC Calendar” in the subject line. All e-mails will receive a reply within one week.
If you will need access to the Sanctuary or the Oneto Community Room during the summer and need to borrow keys, e-mail Karen St. Peter at email@example.com.
If you have a request for reimbursement, fill out one of the forms available in the green folder on the office door, and leave the form for processing.
During July and August, Sunday services will be lay-led. There will be no insert in the Order of Service.
During the summer, one July-August issue of the South County Unitarian Universalist is published. It is distributed by e-mail only, not by regular mail. The deadline for submitting material to the editor, Karen Ellsworth, at firstname.lastname@example.org is Monday, July 9.
We continue to send the weekly E-News throughout the summer. It usually is sent Thursday afternoon. Please submit material to the editor, Karen Ellsworth, at email@example.com by Wednesday afternoon.
