Are you storing history in your house?

In the short twenty-six year history of UUCSC, many people have generated a variety of documents. Many of those people may still have copies in their homes.

The Board of Directors has appointed an Archive Task Force to develop a records management policy. Part of that policy will include how to store records and artifacts for historical reference.

Do you have notes, letters, photos, bulletins, e-mails, or other items that pertain to UUCSC and should be included in a congregational archive? If you do, please e-mail Mary Fulton at dhfulton@verizon.net to tell her what you have and how much space it takes up.

Please do not bring your records to church! The task force first needs to make a plan for what to store, how to store it, and where it should be stored.
